Amali is a bright and friendly bitch. Everything and everybody has to be welcomed. She is very affectionate and likes to cuddle. She is open to strangers, but also cautious and reserved. She learns quickly, but likes to question if the command is really necessary. She is very playful and loves water as long as it is not in the form of rain. She has a strong bond with her humans and does not stray very far from them. When playing, she is very good at distinguishing between her adult humans and the 4 children she lives with. She loves the children dearly and is very careful with them. With the adults she gets a bit rough and rowdy, but she calms down easily.
